Hello,

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my blog.  My name is Wendy Adams and I live in Ocala, Florida with my husband, Danny and my retired Mother who also lives with us.  I'm originally from Michigan and graduated High School in 1987 from Millington, MI.

I just recently graduated with my Master's Degree from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies.  In fact, all of my college degrees are in the concentration of Accounting and all have been received from Baker College.

In 2006, I started my own business as an Independent Avon Representative.  I originally got started because I needed skin care and cosmetics and couldn't stand purchasing these products at full price.  So my whole point of becoming a Representative was so that I could get what I needed at a fraction of the price in retail establishments.

When I started my business, I decided to tell a few friends and family members about it, just in case they needed something when I placed my order.  Little did I know, my Mother used to have a charge account with the Avon Lady!  And my Grandmother loved it too and both of these women had recently lost their Avon Lady who retired after a long history with Avon.

My Grandma referred a couple of her friends and history was made!  My first order was submitted with over $850 in sales.  This level of sales continued throughout my first four campaigns.  It was during my fourth Campaign with Avon that someone I worked with at my day job noticed all the excitement in me and decided to join my team.  Within 5 more campaigns I had become a Unit Leader and was earning money from the performance of my team as well as my own personal sales commissions.  Life was good!

I had always dreamed of being able to quit my full-time job in the Accounting field and become my own boss, but never believed I could achieve it with my Avon business.  Well in 2013, my husband and I, along with my Mother, moved to Florida and that is exactly what I did.  I decided since we were moving, I would be able to work my business full-time instead of becoming yet again a "nine-to-fiver!"  So far, it's working!

Through the years, my business has had it's ups and downs, but my passion for Avon; it's products, principles, people and income opportunity is what keeps me going.  I love this company.  I have tried so many other direct sales companies and none other have provided me with the results I've had with Avon.  I will be with AVON forever!
